I'm four weeks out from the biggest powerlifting meet of the year and a week ago, I was lying down on the gym floor unable to squat even 25% of my normal weights. I had no idea how I would be able to squat without pain and get my training down in time for the meet. I reached out to Sean at San Diego Acupuncture. He set me up with Uzi and I was seen the following day. After just one treatment, I was able to deadlift my max amount. After two, I was able to squat with full use of my body with minimal pain.
